Announcing Fall 2024 Yoga Retreats

Fall is my favorite time for mindful hiking. I look forward to leaf appreciation + yoga every year!

We have two incredible overnight Autumn retreats and one day retreat to look forward to this year. All of them are now officially open for registration!

We have detailed descriptions of the different retreats on their respective websites (linked below).

Meanwhile, here’s a little snapshot on what is unique at each of these retreats!

Art Movement Nature

Sept. 20-22 | Camp Olson

What’s unique about this retreat?

This is our 2nd annual focus on art, movement, and nature. With workshop options to choose from, you are able to hone in on your desired focus for the weekend. Want more art and creativity in your life? Or how about hiking and kayaking? Looking forward to yoga class options? We’ve got it all!

Camp Olson is a widespread outdoor playground! With over 1,000 acres of pristine beauty, several different breakout session buildings and lodging types, you are able appreciate the vast campus and the outdoors. There is a large lakeside sauna - hop into picturesque Little Boy Lake for a cold plunge!

Lodging ranges from private and semi-private rooms, to group cabin options. Private rooms usually sell out immediately at this retreat. There are more robust numbers of semi-private rooms at this one.

Wander

Oct. 11-13 | Deep Portage

What’s unique about this retreat?

Deep Portage is our most frequented retreat location. People love the gorgeous Great Hall for yoga with oversized fireplace and large picture windows, hiking opportunities galore with over 6,000 acres to explore, and a tower hike with a 360º view over the tree-tops. Also unique to Deep Portage is an indoor climbing wall, included in your retreat! An experience at Deep Portage is magnificent year-round, but the leaf viewing opportunities are truly wonderful.

The venue is large and contained into one building. You don’t need to walk outside to get to your bedroom, bathroom, yoga, dining etc. Opt to get outside for hiking and/or the wonderful Silver Creak Wood-fired Mobile Sauna!

Lodging includes private, semi-private, and group rooms. Private & semi-private rooms are limited and usually sell out immediately.

Autumn Delight

September 28 | Camp St. Croix

What’s unique about this retreat?

Day retreats in/near the metro are a fun new endeavor for Boreal Bliss! Camp St. Croix is a brand-new venue to us and we are just itching to explore this beautiful river valley.

Jessica Baumhofer-Frank and Elizabeth Sorensen will be leading the way with this day retreat! Expect top notch yoga sessions, meditation, journaling, hiking, specialty sessions with sound healing and more.

Will we hit the timing just right to fully obsess over the fall leaves?! We sure hope so!
