Stacy calls Two Harbors, MN home, where she loves the simple life and time outdoors. She’s the heart behind Lake Effect Yoga and Silver Creek Sauna Co., and delights in bringing her mobile sauna to retreats.
In 2019, Stacy took a leap: her first plane ride and first trip out of the country, to complete her 200-hour yoga training with Marianne Wells Yoga School in Isla Mujeres, Mexico. The experience was transformative, deepening her practice and her connection to herself. She’s thrilled to return to Mexico this fall to complete her 300-hour training and continue her journey of growth, learning, and adventure.
