Slow down - savor a mindful Autumn day in the woods. Find presence with the powerful combination of yoga & nature.

Treat yourself for a day

Everything you love about a Boreal Bliss Yoga Retreat, yet perhaps more accessible.

Yoga, meditation, sound bath, mindfulness, journaling, outdoor experiences, great food, local tea, and more!

Autumn Delight: Yoga + Nature

  • A group of women participating in a yoga class in a spacious indoor room with murals on the walls, sitting on yoga mats in a cross-legged seated stretch position.

    Yoga

“As long as you’re breathing, you are practicing yoga.” This is one of our absolute favorite reminders.

Yoga does not need to be complicated, intimidating, or look a certain way. Everyone is unique -from beginner to seasoned. We celebrate that at Boreal Bliss!

We also want you to feel comfortable and welcomed; from what you wear, to how you move, to who you are. WELCOME!

  • Upside-down view of trees with colorful autumn leaves and a blue sky.

    Nature

Slow down and bring focus to your connection with nature in Autumn.

You don't have to be "outdoorsy" to come for the day and discover this magic that nature has to offer. Tip: how to be outdoorsy? Step 1: be a person. Step 2: head outside!

Cultivating a connection to nature can grow a connection within yourself!

Please note: Our winter venue does not issue refunds due to weather. As such, we are unlikely to cancel the retreat except in a very extreme scenario.
