Amanda Imes leads several yoga retreats per year, has guided thousands of women in wilderness experiences, and has a focus on movement, mindfulness, and outdoor empowerment.
Weekly classes held at McQuade Safe Harbor from 5:30-6:30 pm. Bring a yoga mat, water, journal, and a towel.
If the temperature is below 60 degrees, or a storm is in the forecast, we likely won’t have class. I will email the email list when classes are cancelled, so please do sign up for emails.

$10 per class, or pay what ya can!

What to expect:
The style will be an all-levels vinyasa flow. My classes tend to be invigorating and energizing, but I will be sure to offer modifications, so all feel welcome!
What to bring:
yoga mat + beach towel under yoga mat is nice outside
layered clothing (cooler by the lake!)
water bottle
Parking & Location:
To get there, park in the lot above McQuade and look for me in the grassy area overlooking McQuade. We practice in the grass above the park and overlooking the lake to avoid noisy distractions vs. down in the actual park itself.
Make a night of it!
Make a night of it and bring your paddleboard or bike to get in a little paddle or ride! Moon Market is also located nearby and a fun place to shop! Or check out the New Scenic Café after class!
