Meditation is the practice of resting the mind while attaining a state of consciousness and clarity.
Connection
At our retreats, you explore a deeper connection to yourself. We love to incorporate journaling practices for this reason.
We often have a book club recommendation for ways to “bring the retreat home with you”, before, during and after.
You will likely meet really wonderful new people as well! We are fortunate to have awesome people attend with us.

The locations we choose for retreats have a few things in common: natural beauty, good food, sauna, and endless options for exploration.
