Vanashree and I connected last fall. She is a warm, welcoming, affirming person that is lovely to be around and work with. I connected with her on the topic of Ayurveda (she is a WEALTH of expertise), and some chronic allergy issues I was struggling with.

I’m so thrilled to introduce you to Vanashree, and announce that she will be at our fall FLOW YOGA RETREAT! She will be offering a 2-hour workshop, included in your retreat, and you are able to schedule an individual appointment with her while at the retreat. This is an incredible opportunity!

Advanced Ayurvedic Practitioner

Vanashree Belgamwar is an experienced Ayurvedic practitioner with a Bachelor’s degree in Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) and over a decade of practice in Minnesota. Growing up in a family of Ayurvedic healers, her passion for Ayurveda was ignited at age 7 when it helped her recover from Hepatitis A. This experience fueled her commitment to share the transformative power of Ayurveda with the world.

Vanashree specializes in Nadi Pariksha (Ayurvedic pulse assessment) and offers personalized consultations, workshops, and retreats. She is dedicated to globalizing Ayurveda, making its ancient wisdom accessible and practical for modern lifestyles. Her approach empowers individuals to restore balance, improve digestion, and enhance overall well-being.

Tune Into You: Ayurvedic Pulse Reading

30-minute session available by appointment at your Flow Yoga Retreat

Take a quiet moment to reconnect with yourself through the ancient Ayurvedic art of pulse reading. This gentle 30-minute session offers a window into your inner world—helping you understand your natural balance and where things may have shifted.

This guided assessment will help you become more aware of your current state and inner needs—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

What You’ll Receive:

  • Pulse Reading (Nadi Pariksha) – A traditional Ayurvedic technique that reveals physical, mental, and emotional patterns through the pulse.

  • Your Prakruti – Discover your unique elemental constitution: your personal mind-body blueprint.

  • Your Vikruti – Identify where imbalance or tension may be showing up in your life right now.

  • Emotional Insight – Explore the subtle emotional layer and how it may be influencing your well-being.
