Imagine a weekend of exploration, connection, and introspection while deep in nature. It’s quiet, you feel comfortable, and the sunrises are something to remember.

You make friends with your dusty, old journal again, or maybe it’s time to start on a fresh new page.

This will be a weekend to remember. A weekend that provides multiple options for you to find your zen, while at the same time surrounding yourself with like-minded individuals--yogis that are ready to show up for themselves. This is a space for you to create a deeper connection inward, while also becoming part of our “omie” community, a community for lasting relationships and support.

How cool does that sound? How scary does that sound?

This is a weekend to feel all of the emotions. The happy, the sad, the scary, the content. This is a weekend to dig deep, to let go, to laugh, to cry, to speak about things that have been causing you harm or pain, or to lean into to truly *feeling*. This is a weekend to realize that you are not alone, that there are others just like you; learning to stay grounded amidst the chaos.

Find Your Bliss

Meditation, Pranayama, and Movement

May 2-5, 2019

Camp Bliss - Luxury Retreat

Walker, MN

Journey North with us and Find Your Bliss.  It’s already there, sometimes we just need to pause to return to it.

Join us for an extended luxury retreat in the north woods. We’ve come to realize that some of our guests may be looking for a retreat with a private room and a queen sized bed. We have toured many locations and when we visited Camp Bliss in Walker, we knew this would be a perfect space for a comfy, cozy weekend. We LOVE OUR ELCs (environmental learning centers), but we have to admit, even we are pretty excited about queen-sized beds. We are still staying true to our core value of keeping this retreat as affordable as possible. With everything that is available for four nights and three days, we hope you agree.

Our spring retreat will focus on stress relief, pranayama, meditation, nourishing food, and of course, lots of feel-good yoga.

What’s Included:

  • 4 days, 3 nights lodging

  • 5 organic, deliciously prepared meals by The Green Scene of Walker, MN (V, GF, DF options available)

  • Secluded, serene location

  • Private and semi-private cozy and beautiful rooms

  • Small, intimate group setting

  • Meditation, pranayama (breathing), and asana (yoga postures) classes

  • 48 acres of woods to roam

  • Paul Bunyan bike trail nearby

  • Nestled between three scenic lakes

  • 3 miles south of the heart of downtown Walker, MN

  • Specialty workshops

  • CEUs will be available - more information coming soon
