A 90-minute annual tradition with Amanda & Bryana.  We alternate between gentle, mindful movement and journal prompts to help you reflect on the year that’s passed. Reflecting on the moments you felt most alive, and identifying how and when you felt most supported. What made you feel great, and how can you do more of that in the year ahead?
