This on-demand virtual yoga package includes 20 classes:

  • Classes are approximately 25 minutes each: opt to have a full stand-alone practice or pair 2 classes together!

  • Classes will appear in your virtual account, one-week-at-a-time: once registered, the first week will be available to you immediately. After a week, the second section of classes will be available to you, and so on.

  • Specialty classes: yoga nidra, yin, gentle yoga for upper/lower body focus, guided meditation, playful yoga, self-massage and yoga for sleep.

  • Leave the planning to us, enjoy yourself and wind down.
