Embrace Change

2 nights, 5 master classes, 4 meals, rock-climbing, yoga, meditation, journaling, painting workshop, and 11 miles of hiking trails

Unique Features: This retreat offers a little bit of everything; for the outdoor enthusiast to the self-care seeker. You make it your own! We offer a full schedule of yoga classes and activities. You will have a variety of yoga classes, from more physically rigorous to slow and nourishing, and workshops to meet your needs for the weekend. You can choose to take part in all, or some, of the options. All-levels of yogis from beginner to experienced are welcome. Want a more adventurous retreat? Take part in the morning sunrise hike and/or the indoor rock climbing session. Prefer to have a more low-key and relaxing retreat? Choose to wake up with coffee by one of the indoor fireplaces, or bring a good book to enjoy during downtime. Enjoy an outdoor campfire Saturday night, or choose to slip into sleep early. You have the option to take part in an additional painting workshop at this retreat and/or schedule a massage as well.

Lean Into Gratitude

Eagle Bluff Environmental Learning Center

2 nights, 5 master classes, 4 meals, yoga, meditation, journaling, mandala rock painting workshop, live music, high-ropes course, and miles of hiking trails amongst the bluffs

Unique Features:: Tailor this retreat to meet your needs. The beautiful bluffs and campus at Eagle Bluff are ideal for the outdoor adventure-seeker. Take part in the high ropes course optional workshop to really get a thrill and relish in the stunning views. We offer a full schedule of yoga classes and activities.You will have a variety of yoga classes, from more physically rigorous - to fun and light-hearted - to slow and nourishing, as well as workshops to meet your needs for the weekend. All-levels of yogis from beginner to experienced are welcome. There is a mandala rock painting workshop included in the retreat. You may also choose to schedule a massage. Enjoy an outdoor campfire Saturday night. You can take part in all, or some, of the options - making this retreat more active or relaxing depending on your wishes.

Wildly Aligned

Unique Features: Again, you’ll find a little bit of everything here. This retreat is focused on intention-setting and aligning your desired lifestyle on and off the yoga mat in the new year. You will have a variety of yoga classes, from more rigorous to slow and nourishing, and workshops to meet your needs for the weekend. We plan to offer CEU’s for yoga teachers at this retreat. All-levels of yogis from beginner to experienced are welcome. Specialty workshops to be announced.

Want a more adventurous retreat? Snowshoeing and cross country skiing are part of this retreat. Bundle up for an outdoor winter campfire Saturday night. You can also choose to do the morning sunrise hike and/or the indoor rock climbing session. Prefer to have a more low-key and relaxing retreat? Wake up with coffee by one of the indoor fireplaces, or bring a good book to enjoy during downtime. You can schedule an additional massage as well.

Fires, Flannels, and Fun!

Unique Features: An opportunity to connect and retreat in the depths of winter. February is a time that can really test some of us Minnesotans. We need to throw a little fun into the mix! Bring your flannel and get ready for a weekend of self-care. You will have a variety of yoga classes, from more rigorous to slow and nourishing, and workshops to meet your needs for the weekend. All-levels of yogis from beginner to experienced are welcome. Specialty workshops to be announced.

Camp Bliss Resort

Walker, MN 

April 23-26, 2020

Unique Features: A time to deeply nourish the soul in spring before the hustle bustle of summer sets in. This retreat features a longer stay: 3 nights and 4 days. It also provides a bit more “upscale” accommodations: private rooms, queen beds, all meals catered by local and organic Green Scene of Walker, MN, smaller group setting, and a very quiet and serene private location. This retreat offers some outdoor adventure options with beautiful private hiking trails, secluded lakes for canoeing/kayaking/paddle boarding, and the nearby Paul Bunyan bike trail. The main focus is on disconnecting from outside stimuli, finding the quiet within, connecting with other likeminded folks, and relaxing. This retreat follows a soft pace with 2 hour-long yoga classes. Classes include nourishing, gentle movements, and plenty of meditation and pranayama (breathing). We plan to offer CEU’s for yoga teachers at this retreat. All-levels of yogis from beginner to experienced are welcome. Specialty workshops to be announced. Option to schedule an additional massage while at the retreat as well.

Wild Women

Unique Features: This is an adventurous, high-energy retreat for women in the north woods!  Embrace your wild side. Practice yoga, laugh, breathe, and connect with Mother Nature. Yoga and meditation classes are tailored to all-levels (seasoned yogi to beginner), and we offer an array of specialty workshops to enhance your experience.

You can choose to partake in stunning hikes, swimming, and canoeing in your free-time, or you can relax and curl up with a good book. Retreating in the summer is a treat. The drive up north alone is magical, and we have many scenic stops we recommend for guests to check out along the way as well!
