4-5pm | Gentle Yoga | Walker School Community Education

*Classes will continue throughout the month of June!*

All levels welcome for this gentle yoga class. Yes - beginners too!

Enjoy an inviting class that focuses on unifying breath and movement. Decrease stress, increase relaxation, flexibility, balance, mobility, and strength.

First time attending this class? Call or text me at (507) 327-6303. I can show you the way to our location in the “double study hall”.

6-7pm | Yoga in the Woods | Longville, MN

Carefree yoga in my beautiful backyard! My favorite place to teach yoga - the great outdoors. Join us for a serene setting. Soak it in with all of your senses. Connect with the earth as we move through an all-levels yoga flow.

In the instance of rain, we will wait until the following week.

Location: 7995 Partridge Point Dr NE, Longville, MN 56655

A beautiful way to fully enjoy a summer Wednesday morning! Meet me by the beach at Pikedale Lodge just north of Longville, MN. This class is open to the public, as well as to resort guests. This class incorporates the added benefits of a relaxing atmosphere, all-levels yoga class (beginner’s welcome!), and beautiful lakeside location.

Stay for lunch at Pikedale after class and make a day of it! Yoga class participants are able to take advantage of a special Pikedale Lodge coupon to be used at the on-site restaurant.

What to bring:
• yoga mat and/or towel
• water bottle
• sunscreen/bug spray as desired
• Pikedale Lodge guests - class is included in your stay
• Public - $13 cash/check (or use your class pass)

Gently awaken the body and mind with an all-levels  yoga class.  You will feel refreshed, renewed, and ready for whatever comes your way!

All levels welcome for this gentle chair yoga class. Great for beginners!

Enjoy all the benefits of yoga with the use of a chair. Increase flexibility, strength, balance, and range of motion. Improve memory. Decrease tension, pain, and stress. Find more ease in your daily activities. The benefits of yoga, breathing, and meditation are endless.

Beginners are welcome & highly encouraged to attend.  A great fit for those recovering from injury/surgery/experiencing chronic pain, or looking to increase range of motion and flexibility while also building strength.

Lakeside Yoga | Trappers Landing Lodge on Leech Lake | Walker, MN

Join us lakeside for a 1 hour all-levels vinyasa yoga class. Listen to the sound of the lapping waves, feel the breeze, enjoy practicing yoga under the shade of beautifully old trees, and smell the refreshing scent of summer by the lake.

Following class, walk over to The Merit restaurant at Trapper’s Landing Lodge to enjoy a Bloody Mary/mimosa with a lake view! Yoga class participants will receive a special coupon for use at The Merit!


What to bring:

Let me know what kind of class you are seeking or what you would like to gain from the class.  I can make suggestions as well.  We can set up a beautiful class in your home, backyard, at the beach, hiking through the woods + yoga, in a barn , or wherever you think is a good fit!

Individual Therapeutic Yoga Sessions

Want to learn more about yoga and how different elements can specifically benefit you?

You might be interested in seeking an individual session if you:

  • Want to start an at-home self-care routine

  • Would like to learn more about yoga on an individual level

  • Do not feel ready for a group class

  • Enjoy group classes, and are seeking some new ways of individualizing your practice

In this setting, it is my role to empower you to incorporate small, manageable steps toward improved health and wellness.

Therapeutic yoga sessions ideally incorporate three elements: pre-appointment assessment, initial in-person assessment, and at least one follow-up session.
