Join Amanda Imes of Boreal Bliss Yoga Retreats at JEM Yoga & Massage’s brand new studio
This lighthearted class will move through traditional postures in a flow created by Amanda Imes. Borne of Amanda's imagination, her class could be described as Kids Yoga for Adults. She hopes it will make you smile, while also helping release tension and reconnecting you to joy.
The 60 minute vinyasa flow will be followed by a thirty minute interactive creative writing session. Amanda has been teaching creative writing and journaling around the state since 2016. Journaling is a way to have a candid conversation with the self, a tool for reflection, a grounding practice, and a way to tap into gratitude and creativity.
